Pork Ribs Dry Run
Ingredients
ΒΌ cup sweet paprika
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons celery salt (optional)
Directions

Combine all ingredients.

Rub on ribs and let stand for 24 hours in the refrigerator before smoking/preparing.

Store in air-tight container for up to 1 month.
