Pork Rib Dry Rub

Ingredients

  • ΒΌ cup sweet paprika
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt (optional)
  • Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients.
    2. Rub on ribs and let stand for 24 hours in the refrigerator before smoking/preparing.

    Notes
